The Fine Print:
1-Upload a photo you have taken that shows an official Danny's Ice Cream SD company logo and tag @DannysIceCreamSD on either Facebook or Instagram. Photo can be of a business card, One of our Ice Cream Carts, our Ice Cream Truck or our Company Van. Photos may be taken at events, Out and about if you see the truck, carts or company van out in public. Did you see the ice cream truck at the Park? Snap a picture, upload it to social media, tag us and like and follow the page.
2- You must like and follow us on the social media platform you have tagged us in at the time the winner is selected.
3-You may enter as many times as you like. One picture/post is one entry. Each entry must be of a unique photograph taken by you.
4- Winners will be selected once per quarter March 31st, June 30th, Sept 30th and December 31st 2019
5- By submitting a photo, entrant grants Danny's Ice Cream SD the right to publish submitted photo, name, city and captions on our website, social media or any other marketing materials. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit properly on our website or marketing materials.
6-The contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the contest, you release and agree to hold Danny's Ice Cream SD, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the contest or your creation and sharing of pin boards, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party.
7- Danny's Ice Cream SD reserves the right to delete tags on any picture deemed inappropriate or not adhering to contest guidelines.
8- Ice Cream Party must take place within 120 days of winning. Location of event must be within 30 miles of San Diego County Credit Union Stadium. Contest prize has no cash value.
